Honda alloys 4x114 with tyres ?

Looking to sell my wheels that I have on my Honda, there a polished chrome with pirate black in bars, 2 very good tyres 2 good. Wheels came with car but I want the vti 1s bk on. I would ideally like to just swap the wheels with tyres for a set of 195/55/r15 tyres, wheels look good on a lowered car but I have recently put the car back on to original struts.
